How can I help? Attend work days, volunteer to help during performances, donate food/drink for pre-Cabaret meals, and/or serve as a lead volunteer in a particular area.

What happens at Cabaret work days?
- Volunteers come together to help build/paint the set pieces, sew costumes and backdrops, and create props for the performance. Saturday Cabaret work days typically take place on Saturdays from 9am-1pm. Up to 4 hours of student volunteer hours count toward letter jacket points!
- Volunteer to bring tools!
What are the Cabaret volunteer opportunities?

- Front of House – usher, ticket sales, and will call
- Lobby sales – concessions and flowers
- Back of House – dressing room monitor (male and female) and stagehand
- Costumes – costume construction
- Cabaret meals – set up/clean up
- Strike party – set up/clean up
What are the Cabaret Lead positions?
- Front of House - Coordinate usher, will call and ticket sales volunteers and run the front of house during all 4 performances.
- Back of House - Coordinate dressing room monitors and stagehand volunteers and run the back of house during all 4 performances.
- Concessions - Purchase snacks and drinks, stock the concessions booth and coordinate volunteers for all 4 performances.
- Flower Sales - Purchase and deliver flowers and coordinate volunteers for all 4 performances.
- Publicity/Communications - Provide Charms communications, Facebook posts, and MacKnightly New announcement.
- Ad Coordinator - Collect, review and record all incoming ad orders, cross check payments and create a simple PowerPoint presentation to run before each performance.
- Program Production - Create the program layout and coordinate its printing and delivery.
- Cabaret Meals - Coordinate catered food, parent donations and volunteers to feed students and staff for 3 nights.
- Strike Party - Coordinate catered food and/or parent donations and volunteers to provide snacks and drinks during our set strike.
- Costumes – Coordinate volunteers to make all necessary costumes at work days and off site as needed.
